Alejandra Muñoz (Uruguay, 1966) is an architect, master in Urban Design and PhD in Urbanism from the Faculty of Architecture of the Federal University of Bahia (FAU / UFBA). She is a professor of Art History at the School of Fine Arts (EBA / UFBA). She develops critical works in Arts and Architecture and participates in juries and artistic selection committees. She was the curator of several exhibitions such as the Circuito das Artes 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 (Salvador) and Triangulations 2013, 2014 and 2015 editions (Salvador, Recife, Brasília, Maceió, Belém, Goiânia, Fortaleza). She was part of the curatorial teams of the Rumos Artes Visuais Program 2011-2013 at Instituto Itaú Cultural (São Paulo) and at the 3rd Bahia Biennial 2014.
